​케이샬롯은 노스캐롤라이나 샬롯과 인근 지역의 한인들을 위한 IRS 501c3 비영리 스타트업이며, 2020년 7월 4일에 출발했습니다. 프랑스 작가 르 클레지오가 '나의 조국은 모국어'라고 말했습니다. 한국에서 멀리 떨어져 있는 우리들에겐 모국어로 소통할 수 있다는 자체만으로도 때론 양수처럼 편안히 감싸주는 느낌을 받습니다.

도움이 필요한 한분 한분에게 아름다운 기억과 소소한 추억을 만들어 줄 수 있는, 우리가 살고 있는 이곳을 어제보다 오늘 조금이라도 더 아름다운 곳으로 만들 수 있는 스토리들을 써나가고 있습니다. 그리고 그 스토리들을 함께 써나갈 사람을 항상 찾고 있습니다.

KCharlotte is an IRS 501c3 non-profit startup that serves the Korean community in Charlotte and the surrounding areas of North Carolina. Launched on July 4th, 2020, KCharlotte aims to create beautiful memories and small moments for those who need help. French author Le Clézio once said, "My homeland is my native language." For those of us who are far away from Korea, the ability to communicate in our native language can sometimes provide a comforting feeling, like a warm embrace.

We are continuously creating stories that can make this place we call home a little more beautiful than it was yesterday, and we are always looking for people to share and create these stories with us. We hope to make a positive impact on each and every person we encounter, and to help them create cherished memories and experiences.
